Description: For whatever reason, the most interesting architecture in Las Vegas.
- Luxor - The pyramid might not be much of a hotel but the building is striking from the outside.
- Bellagio - Bellagio is GRAND. Everything is impressive. It’s one of the don’t miss on the Strip.
- Paris Las Vegas - My favorite of the ‘replicature’ hotels, I think Paris is exceptionally well done on the outside.
- Wynn Las Vegas - A gorgeous curved tower surrounded by a golf course. The way the light hits this thing is amazing.
- New York New York - Another place that looks amazing on the outside, NYNY is a very cool building.
- Stardust Sign - Yeah, just the sign. I love this thing. A great throwback.
- Panevino on Sunset - Reader Lloyd suggested this through the new ‘suggestion’ feature and I agree – it’s a very cool and unique building.

I have to agree with your comment about Paris, of all the theme buildings it captures the flavor best. Although, with a half size Eiffel Tower it would be hard not to! Even so, when you look at the details of the windows, the porte cochere, etc., from the sidewalk to the roof, it reflects the old French style. The interior, on the other hand, is nothing to write about, but it seems the best themed places on the outside disappoint on the inside (see NYNY) or vice versa. - over 2 years ago by JMVegas5866
If you have appreciation for the older stuff then the Horse Shoe’s exterior and the LaConcha lobby building that is still standing. Also the Pepermill restruant located across from the Stardust. The Pepermill is more of a renewed mod 70s style though. The food is great and so is the interior design of this place! As for the “newer” stuff, I always liked the Mirage. I love the Wynn Las Vegas too. TI was nice before they mainstreamed it.

I always thought the Landmark was pretty cool.
