  • The Desert Inn - Why, why Mr. Wynn did you choose to tear the DI down it was a nice place, heck they had just invested 200 million in the place to make it look that nice. I would consider a huge mistake.
  • Stardust - Ahh, the Stardust WHY? I quote cheapovegas ” The only reason it was closed was because the owners stopped caring. ” A Strip Legend what was the point of tearing it down. The rooms were nice and everyone loved it. I hope they know that echelon place will not go through without being able to establish itself as a strip staple with the massive city center.
  • Landmark - A parking lot? A parking lot? thats all they could think of. There is much better use for the land of the Landmark and quite frankly the Landmark had to be a much better use of the land than a freakin parking lot. I think they should’ve kept the hotel and used it for hotel rooms for convention goers. They could’ve just built a parking garage on the land of the parking lot to get their parking spaces.
  • Sands - Somewhat iffee on this one. The Venetian was a nice use of the land but yet the Sands I think, should’ve just been expanded into newer towers with a renovated casino. The Sands name was much better and anymore there are just too many italian themed hotels in Vegas. It was a good decision however, to keep the expo center, next to the LV Convention Center its probably one of the biggest in Vegas.
  • Aladdin - Now this one, well i have a very interesting opinion on it. I think that instead of taking it down and rebuilding the new Aladdin they should’ve left it there. Then when the PH came in they could’ve imploded it and rebuilt from scratch their own hotel that actually didn’t look like a moroccan kind of hotel. It wasn’t built to be a red carpet event.
