- Las Vegas Counry Club - Great location, right behind Hilton. Hint – Stay at Hilton and bet enough and you’ll get on. With all the new high dollar courses around Vegas, this one has been forgotten. Good track, great location and views and wonderful gambling history on this course
- Barbary Coast - Nasty draft beer smell, old waitresses, and small, but there is something about this place….just seems like you win here more often than other places. Plus it is so small that when one of the craps tables gets hot, the whole casino seems to get caught up in the energy
- Imperial Palace Sports Book - Best prop bets in town, theater seating, isolated from casino, old style line board

Rooms are very nice at the Barbary Coast and are usually cheaper than other places.Other underated places:
Alladin – great rooms usually at a discount.
Casino Royale – fun casino-rooms are much better than expected.
O’Sheas – good cocktail service and fair games.

Re Prop bets,My experience is they have had more and available earlier. For example, for several years, they posted Masters lines quite a bit earlier than most books. Easier to find value early imo

Also at the IP they have NFL Games of the Year and College Games of the Year. So you can bet Sunday and Monday NFL games and other college games. yeah, the IP does rock. if they ever try to implode it I’m gonna cuff myself to the dealertainer table. It’ll be me and some guy dressed like Billy Idol trying to save it.
