- Commander's Palace (Aladdin) - Great specials at lunch and 25 cent martinis -
- Max's Cafe (Desert Passages) very reasonably priced lunch specials with good sized portions. -
- Victoria Room - Midnight Teaser for breakfast -
- Harley Davidson Cafe - Reasonably priced and good barbecue. -
- Chin Chins - NYNY - Reasonably priced Chinese food. -
- Ellis Island - bad atmosphere good steak special. Burgers are good also. -
- Crepes to Go Place in Paris (sorry forgot the name)- possibly the best fast food you can get on the Strip -
- 777 Brewpub - Main Street Station - Food is excellent - try the steak sandwich -
- Burger Palace - IP - okay definitely a step down but I love their Dairy Queen style burgers -
- Brewpub at Monte Carlo - not as good as MSS but not bad -
- Stage Deli (per Karen B's note) - Caesars Palace - actually I get the deli's mixed up at CP and the Mirage so I might have the name wrong. The one at Caesars is definitely better. Try the pastrami and swiss on an onion roll -

It is the Stage Deli at Caesars. We like it better than the Carnegie Deli at the Mirage, too. The staff is very friendly, the food is generous without being obnoxious. The Carnegie Deli will not let you share their humungous sandwiches without an additional charge. I find that a half sandwich and a soup are plenty for me to eat, and I would like to be able to split the sandwich with someone in our party. Did not like the chicken salad at Carnegie either, just some grilled chicken breast and mayo, no onion or celery or flavor. Very disappointing for the money. - over 2 years ago by gr8santini
Don’t forget about the deli at Golden Gate. Nothing like strolling in after heavy drinking and ordering a .99 shrimp cocktail and a chili cheese hot dog. MMMM can’t wait to get back there. - over 2 years ago by Mike
I love the Golden Gate the Sanfrancisoc burger is YUMMY!
Also like the Carson Street Cafe in the Golden Nugget and Magnolias in 4 queens - over 2 years ago by eponymous coward
You’re kidding me- y’all think THAT is low-roller?I’d add the 99 cent shrimp cocktail at the Golden Gate, the Klondike coffee shop (spaghetti and breakfast under $3), and the Binions coffee shop and snack bar (old-school).
Sadly, there’s no Ho Dog or Surf buffet at the Boardwalk any more. :(
(Well, sadly for the makers of Pepto-Bismol, that is…)
